As family, time together is very important. Along with our weekly Bible studies and Sunday morning services, we have special times of being together throughout the year. These times include our annual congregational 4th of July Ice Cream Social & Fireworks Display, annual Easter Egg Hunt & Picnic, 5th Sunday Pot Luck Dinners & Fellowships, and Family Retreats, as well as many other times to interact.
We have many groups within our Family who meet together to minister to special segments of our congregation and community. Our Intercessory Prayer Ministry meets regularly to pray for private concerns of our Family; the Divorced/Bereaved Ministry serve those who have been affected by death and divorce; the We Care Ministry serve the shut-ins and elderly who have health problems that prevent them from coming to services; our Ladies’ Ministry serves all women of the congregation regardless of age or marital status, and our Men’s Ministry meets regularly over breakfast to discuss the day’s events and to support each other as they enter their work day.
